first off so everyone knows what this tutorial is about,
an example of changing a string would be changing the words or string
Do Not Disconnect to Loading Music or whatever

now you know what it is here is how it is done

1. open ipodwizard and connect your ipod
2. click load ipod firmware which is near the upper left corner
3. then go to the strings tab
4. underneath the tab it will say lang block: you want to select the number 24 in that pull down menu
5. now under that there is a place to enter text, in that box type the name of the string you want to change in this case "Do Not Disconnect" w/o quotation marks
6. now for the "Do Not Disconnect" string you do not have to find the right one because there is only one "Do not disconnect" string, unlike the "Music" string which there are multiple ones like "Music" "Music Videos" etc.
7. Anyways to make sure you have the right string selected in the second box underneath the one you just used the String you have selected will appear, So if it says "Do Not Disconnect" you have it selected
8. Once you have it selected, in the second box type whatever you want to change the string to and click the change string button just to the right of that input field
9. There you have it just write to your ipod and you are all done
Wow a lot easier than i thought it was! Awesome
